H&B Internal Video Tool — Terms and Privacy Notice

Who operates this tool

The Honey and Bro Co LLC operates this internal tool for its authorized staff and agents. It is not a public consumer video service. Questions, privacy requests, or complaints: info@thehoneyandbroco.com.

YouTube terms and operator control

This tool uses YouTube API Services. By using its YouTube features, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, this notice, and Google's applicable API requirements. The Google Privacy Policy describes Google's processing.

An authorized operator must approve the particular video, destination H&B channel, title/description, audience declaration and public/private/unlisted visibility before an upload. Uploading a video and changing its visibility are separate from preparing or validating an operation. The tool does not automatically publish videos on the strength of an integration or test request. Public and unlisted API uploads remain unavailable until Google has approved the project's audit.

Information used and shared

The tool accesses the connected channel ID and the uploaded video's ID, metadata, visibility and processing status. It also processes source videos and metadata expressly supplied by the business, operation approvals, limited diagnostics, and protected OAuth authorization information. Original videos are supplied by H&B; the tool does not download videos from YouTube.

This information is used to validate the intended channel and operation, upload approved content, resume interrupted uploads, verify the result and prevent duplicate uploads. Google receives the information necessary to perform those operations. Authorized H&B personnel and automation/service providers may process the operation and its metadata to carry out the operator's instructions. We do not sell YouTube API data, provide it to unrelated businesses, or use it to create advertising profiles.

OAuth tokens and resumable-upload capabilities are held in protected operating-system storage. The tool does not request or store your Google password. The command-line tool does not itself use advertising cookies; the separate H&B website and Google's authorization pages have their own cookie practices.

Retention, revocation and deletion

You can revoke the tool's Google authorization in Google's account permissions settings. You can also request revocation or deletion of the tool's stored YouTube API data by contacting info@thehoneyandbroco.com. Revoking access does not itself delete an already-uploaded video from YouTube; use YouTube Studio for that or issue a separate authorized request.

We delete stored authorized API data as soon as possible and within seven calendar days after a verified deletion request or revocation made through us. We periodically reconfirm authorization and refresh or delete retained API data at least every 30 days, including deletion following external Google revocation within Google’s applicable deadline. We do not retain API data indefinitely. A global, nonidentifying upload-block record may remain after local erasure to prevent accidental repeat uploads; it contains no channel/video IDs, titles or user data. Business-owned original source media is handled separately under H&B’s business-record practices.

Changes

We will publish material changes to this notice and obtain renewed operator agreement before using YouTube API data for a new purpose or expanding access beyond the accepted notice.
